The Centurian Wildlife Signature 3 Step Process:
Step 1. Identify Issue & Set appropriate Traps:
Every Animal Removal and Wildlife Control situation is different, this is why we provide free estimates and inspections. Our Trapping techniques vary for each type of animal we encounter. Raccoon Trapping involves live traps set around the perimeter of the home. Rodent, rats, and mice trapping involves snap traps, glue traps, and even live traps set in the attic and under the home if needed. Bat Removal involves netting and valving the animals out of the structure and not allowing them to return. The situations range in difficulty as well, this is why our Wildlife Specialists are there to help you and solve your needs and problems.
Step 2. Identify Access Points and close them off:
Once you know that you have animals in your home the only way to keep them from coming back is to excluded them. This is done by closing off any access points around your home where the animal may have been gaining access. Once the animals are captured and relocated, we will identify all the possible ways that the animal was able to get into the home. We will close off these access points using all metal based products and other pest control products ensuring that no future animal will ever try to come back; this is called an Exclusion. All of our Trapping and Handy Man work done to ensure the protection of your home comes with our 1-5 year renewable warranty, if an animal ever comes back we will trap and exclude completely free!
Step 3. Clean up the mess left behind:
Nuisance wildlife in your attic can create problems many homeowners never think of. Bacteria, feces and insects left behind from the Nuisance animal. Bat bugs, mites, ticks and fleas are just some of the ectoparasites you need to be concerned about. Mice in the attic, bats in the attic or various other visitors are notorious for bringing these pests in. And what about the droppings left behind in your attic? Urine, poop, and other bacteria is now in the insulation. Is this something you want hanging above your head at night when you sleep?

Rodents in the Plumbing

Being a part of your city sewer there is the possibility that rodents will enter your home through the pipes. They come up through the toilet, regardless if you have water in the bowl or not.

Septic systems are safe, your plumbing pipes connect only to your septic tank, not to the greater plumbing system.

Most pipes going to your toilets don’t have a continuous stream of water in them, they are dry aside from the time you are flushing so only short bursts of water come through. Even if those pipes do have continuous water rats can hold their breath for up to three minutes, much longer than most humans, and they can swim up the water pipes into your home.

Centurian Wildlife Services can help you solve your rodent using the plumbing pipes by performing what we call a smoke test. A team of two trained service members will come to your home or property and together they will push harmless “smoke”, just colored gas, through your plumbing, if you have an access point or hole being used by rodents to gain access to your home via the pipes smoke will come through that hole into your home. If you don’t the gas will dissipate in the pipes.

Upon finding the hole in the pipes being used by the rodents to enter your home Centurian can seal your plumbing preventing any more rodent entry. We can also seal your entire home so that rodents cannot find another way inside using small openings they find outside.

If you continue to have a problem with rodents in your home even though you’ve had other companies come out and try to solve the problem give Centurian Wildlife Services a call, let us do a “smoke test” to see if they animals are using your plumbing, and then help you solve the problem.

Noises at Night?

Are noises in the Attic keeping you up at night?

If you have a problem with wild and nuisance animals on your property or in your home and they are keeping you up at night you need to invest in the safest, most humane way of solving the problem.

Centurian Wildlife Services offers professional wildlife trapping and removal. The type of trap, type of bait needed, and duration of trapping session will all be dependent on the type of wildlife you have causing a problem. A professional team member of Centurian Wildlife will first need to do a free inspection of your home or property to determine the type of animal you have. Following that he can begin trapping immediately if you’d like. Once trapped the animal will be removed from your home and relocated to another location where he/she will no longer cause trouble for humans and homes.

Once the animal has been removed our team will seal your home or property preventing the usage of all access points previously used or created by the wildlife so that no others can re-enter your home. Following full sealing then our sanitation crew will come in an perform an anti-microbial airborne treatment to remove all germs, diseases, and bacteria from the surfaces and the air.

After your Wildlife Removal Project is complete you will be issued a Home Wildlife Control Certificate detailing the work done and your warranty protecting you from any future infestation.

They are known as one of the most destructive, and smart, animals in Florida. Raccoon, because of their intelligence, easily adapt to all situations and are well-suited to the outdoor urban lifestyle of the Florida cities. They will rifle through your garbage for a meal, eat your dog or cat food, take food from the bird feeders, and even make a way to enter your home to access your cabinets for the human food. If you’ve seen a raccoon in or around your property it should be removed immediately, if left it will cause damage to your home or property.

The urine and feces of raccoons is riddled with bacteria and they can cause several health problems for both humans and domestic pets. The mess left by raccoons should be removed immediately by a professional. Centurian Wildlife offers professional cleaning and sanitation for the removal of the urine and feces left behind by raccoons. We also offer full service exclusion work that will seal your home against all other raccoons from re-entry.

Damage done by raccoons can be expensive and can include chewing holes to gain entry, breaking soffits, destroying fascia, chewing on wiring, shredding insulation, and of course leaving behind urine and feces. Centurian Wildlife will set live traps to catch the raccoons and remove them to a location where they will no longer be a nuisance to humans.

If you think you have signs of raccoons in the attic call Centurian Wildlife for a free assessment, humane trapping and removal of the offending raccoon, closure of the holes the raccoon made, and thorough cleaning of the attic where the raccoon left behind contaminated feces and urine.
